Skating Treadmill Program

A Program to Prevent Loss of Speed and Power on the Ice

Our skating treadmill program is for all age levels, from Minor Hockey to NHL players, targeting muscle coördination, and maximizing stride and skills to the player’s full potential. This cannot be done on-ice at the same level of success.

Players using a skating treadmill program see skating improvement of 50% stronger or more.

Why do so many athletes lose speed and power on the ice?

Now, using our program, athletes can have every stride watched and critiqued, and through our stride efficiency program, improve their muscular endurance and strength.

Never before has there been a program that offers the benefits of being on the ice, while training off-ice. Now athletes can see and understand their skating weaknesses, begin training to specifically improve their skating stride, and do it under the watchful eye of a professional facilitator.

The treadmill is targeted for opening in the spring of 2008. This program will be incorporated in all future camps in the spring.

Book now for our drop-in camps starting January 2008, or for our summer camps: group sizes will be limited.
